The Fasting Course

Fasting is going without food for a set amount of time to awaken our body and soul to our deep hunger and need for God. It’s one of the most powerful — and neglected — of all of Jesus’ practices. 

Join us at the church or online on Wednesday evenings for a four part course on fasting. Each week we will gather to hear some teaching, discuss what we're learning and share our own experiences. Whether you fast regularly or have never done it before, there's room for you to join us.
